2024 MARKETPLACE INFO:
Back by popular demand- we will be showcasing our top level Palmetto Partner Sponsors again at this year's event. The conference will kick off with a welcome reception in the exhibitor marketplace on Thursday at 4pm where attendees can preview and visit with all exhibitors. 

Over 5 hours of total networking time with exhibitors will be available during the conference.

BOOTHS AND ATTENDEES:

  • Diamond Elite Partners receive (2) 6' tables/ DOUBLE booth space + (3) comp attendees. 
  • Diamond & Platinum Partners receive (1) 6' table top exhibit space + (2) comp attendees. 
  • Gold & Silver Palmetto Partners receive (1) 6' table top exhibit space +  (1) complimentary attendee. 
  • Bronze Partners must pay for a booth space and all attendees.

         
  REMINDERS: To be confirmed...
    • If you are exhibiting, one of your allotted COMP ATTENDEES should be listed as the main contact with your booth. For Bronze Partners who do not receive a comp attendee, the price has been increased to cover the cost of the booth and the individual registered with the booth.
    • All additional partner attendees should be registered either as Palmetto Partner COMP at $0 or "Palmetto Partner attendee" at $325/ea.

SPONSOR AN AGENT BENEFIT

The "sponsor an agent" option is a very important benefit and one that we hope ALL partners will take advantage of. IIABSC Palmetto Partners at all levels are able to choose one agent (or more depending on level) to send to the Young Agents Conference on behalf of your organization. This benefit covers their entire registration fee for the agent- a $225 savings- and is a great way for our Partners to support our SC agents involvement in our Big "I" YA Program! Guest/child passes and hotel arrangements must be made & paid for separately. 

  • DON'T MISS THIS:  Agent members who have never attended the YA Conference already qualify to attend for FREE using the promo code: FIRSTTIMER when registering online. Be sure to share this information when you are visiting with agents! Your SPONSORED AGENT invitations can be used to invite any agent non-members of IIABSC who have never attended this conference or ANY agents who have attended in the past and wish to return.

    • Diamond Elite can send (2) complimentary agents each
    • All other levels: can send (1) complimentary agent each 

  • TO REDEEM: Palmetto Partners can contact their agent of choice to invite them and simply send them the link to register. Agents should select the option SPONSORED AGENT at $0 in the online registration form and should indicate the palmetto partner that invited them in the space provided. After registering, agents will receive a confirmation email with instructions for reserving a hotel room if needed.

IIABSC is unable to refund a registration fee if an agent is already registered so we suggest that you extend your agent invitations ASAP.

Exhibitor Info & Guidelines 

Exhibitor Order Form (Electrical & Shipping) 

Exhibitors needing electricity or shipping will need to make arrangements IN ADVANCE directly with the hotel using the order form provided. Any materials requiring shipment are the responsibility of the exhibitor. You will need to arrange to ship materials directly to the hotel.  PLEASE NOTE: IIABSC and the hotel have no liability for the delivery, security, or condition of your packages.

PARTNER ATTENDEE OPTIONS & PRICING (All Palmetto Partner registrations include: CE, All breakfasts, lunch, dinner and  conference events.)

  • Palmetto Partner Attendee  $325
  • Palmetto Partner COMP Attendee  $0
    (onsite registration pays higher rates)

PARTNER BOOTH OPTIONS & PRICING:

  • Palmetto Partner DIAMOND/PLATINUM Booth w/Attendee  $0
  • Palmetto Partner GOLD/SILVER Booth w/ Attendee  $350
  • Palmetto Partner BRONZE Booth w/ Attendee  $550


CANCELLATION POLICY:

Requests received within 30 days or more of the event, will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be issued for any cancellation requests received within 15 days of the event.  Any approved refunds in full regardless of reason will be subject to a $30 processing fee. No refunds will be processed for "no shows".  Any other requests for cancellation beyond these guidelines will be assessed by IIABSC and a refund will be granted on a case-by-case basis while following the policy specified below. 

All cancellations/changes must be made in writing. "No shows" will receive no refund.
IIABSC gladly complies with Title III of ADA.


PAYMENT POLICY: 
Full payment MUST be sent with registration.
Payment by Credit Card only. If payment by check is needed, please submit a request in writing by email.
Exhibitors paying by check must submit payment within 1 week of registering or payment is considered late. 
Late payments will be subject to losing your booth reservation.
Exhibitors will not be permitted to enter the event without submitting payment for all exhibitors and booth items.
